Join Chef Black on a culinary jouney of delicious regional Italian favorites.

Bruschetta: With white bean puree, olives and thyme

Three Cheesse Focaccia: 

Pasta e Fagioli:  

Insalata Panzanella: Bread salad

Chicken Saltimbocca:  sauteed chicken breast layered with Prosciutto, sharp Provolone & sage in a Marsala mushroom sauce, served on a bed of sauteed spinach

Zabaglione with fresh berries
