Seafood Chowder: Shrimp, cod, scallops, mirapoix, potatoes, cream and salt pork

Trio of Greens: With berries, chevre, smoked almonds laced with shallot/maple syrup vinaigrette

Lobster stuffed Chicken:  Thermadore Sauce

English Pea Rice Pilaf, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with panchetta
