Join Chef Black for a decadent New Year's Eve menu featuring some old favorites "kicked up a notch" that will surely delight your taste buds.

MENU

French 76 Cocktail: Citrus vodka, accented with lemon juice and sparkling wine

Roasted shrimp cocktail: A trilogy of sauces: remoulade, tomto/horseradish, louis

Grilled Ceasar Salad with blue chees & bacon:  with bacon and herbs

Surf and Turf:  Grilled filet mignon:  paired with coastal crab cake, mushroom compound butter, lobster smear & lemon aioli asparagus spears

Chocolate Zabaglione: with fresh berries

Includes two glasses of wine
