Join host Bob Black on a tasting jouney of favorite dishes from kitchens around the Mediterranean.  (Greece, Italy, Spain & France)

Soupa/Qualcosina/Salates

Saganaki: (flaming fried cheese) home-made flat bread

Consumme Stracciatella: (Raggedy Soup) Chicken broth, semolina, parmesan, eggs

Escargot de Bouguignonne:    (one of the greata French delicacies) burgundy snails, sweet parsley-garlic butter, mushrooms

Spanakopetes: (spinach cheese puffs): Spinach, feta, pot cheese, onion, wrapped in phyllo

Pincho Ribs w/Sherry Glaze  & Spinach Insalate (Frish berries, Feta cheeses, glazed almonds, strawberry vinaigrette)
