Join Chef Black for a delicious Thanksgiving Feast!

MENU

Broccoli/Pomegrantie Ceasar Salad: broccoli florests, napa cabbage, creamy ceasar dressing, pomegranite seeds, lemon zest, shaved parmesan

De-Constructed Waldorf Salad:  bibb lettuce, fuji apples, dried cranberries, julienned celery served with white french dressing

Dry Brined Turkey Breast:  with bacon and herbs

Pastrami Style Turkey Tenderloin

Turkey Tenderloin Roulade: with butternut squash, mushroom and cranberry stuffing

3 Stuffings:  Creole Cornbread, wild rice apple & cranberry, skillet stuffing with italian sausage and wild mushrooms

Pan Gravy - Cider Gravy  /  Cranberry-Pomegrante' and cranberry salsa

Potato and Squash Tian

Mashed Root Vegetables with bacon vinaigrette

Mashed Potato and Califlower Au Grautin
