Description

Treat your family & friends to a steakhouse experience at home.  Join us on our patio as Chef Black teaches you how to prepare the perfect grilled steak along with the sides and sauces.  

Grilled Shrimp Cocktail:  Baby greens, celery, lemon & horseradish cocktail sauce

Grilled Romaine BLT Wedge:   Red onion, smoked-peppered bacon, crumbled blue cheese, grape tomatoes, homemade ranch

New York Sirloin:  The "King" of steaks with a robust flavor

Steak Enhancers: Bernaise sauce, steak sauce, green peppercorn sauce

Sides:  Herbed smashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms
