• Friday, July 12th, 2024
  • 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Welcome Package Pick-Up
  • 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm: Get your Best White ready for the All-White Night.
• Saturday, July 13th, 2024
  • 7:30 am - 9:30 am: Breakfast
  • 11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Poolside Family Time
  • 2:00 pm - 6 pm: Family Park Picnic
• Sunday, July 14th, 2024
  • 7:30 am - 9:30 am: Breakfast
  • 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Brunch

Memorial Book/Souvenir Book Page Ad 's (Payment must be received by April 1st) Please forward a Clear, jpg, pdf, or word doc of the item you wish to include.  This is your chance to tell a story about your branch, talk about a famous family member, rep your business. so, all the family will have.

All About Us: Retirement, Births, Graduations, Anniversaries, or any other accomplishments 

All in the Family: recognizing the families and friends, who support the family.

Taking care of Business: Ads and Business Cards of businesses and organizations 

 Memory Lane: Pictures of the past with a brief description 

Cooking Up an idea: favorite recipes w/background info and stories

We are continuing the per-person fee this year which includes meeting space, catering, Friday Night Dinner , Saturday Lunch, welcome packets, t-shirts (see mock-up below), 1- memorial/souvenir book(1 per order) and other expenses encountered during the planning and execution of the 2024 Copeland Family Reunion. To alleviate some of the pressures of the host committee and to avoid a shortfall in finances for the pre-planned events, we ask that all family members adhere to the deadlines set for all financial obligations. All registration fees for the reunion must be paid by
