Beyond The Chair is a 2 day symposium based in Memphis, TN that is designed to encourage and teach students and professionals in the beauty industry what it takes to move their business BEYOND THE CHAIR!

BTC was created by hair stylist, Adrienne Small with the vision to bring all aspects of the beauty industry to one setting. Small intimate classes are put together so that beauty professionals and students are able to interact on a personal level with their instructors. Panel discussions are held at the end of these intense 3-6 hour hands on & demo classes, to allow attendees the opportunity to pick the brains of the presenters.

Categories such as natural hair, short hair, hair color, extensions, editorial hair and makeup, lash extensions, 3D brow enhancements, finances, salon business, product development, and so  much more are all taught during these symposiums.
