Description
Vaccinations are currently available for all individuals 16 years of age and older. We will be administering the Moderna vaccine at this clinic so individuals must be 18 years of age or older.
There’s no direct cost to you to get the vaccine:
- If you have health insurance, the administration fee will be paid by your health insurance with no cost to you.
- If you do not have health insurance, the fee may be paid for by the Provider Relief Fund, with no cost to you.
- When booking your appointment, please have your health insurance carrier name and health insurance policy number available. If you do not have health insurance, please enter 'self-insured' in the areas asking for your health insurance information.
These appointments are for 1st doses only. Your 2nd dose will be automatically scheduled and you will receive a second confirmation email with that information. This could take up to a week for your second dose confirmation email to arrive.
Iredell Memorial Hospital is administering the Moderna vaccine. Both doses must be the same vaccine. In other words, if your 1st dose is Pfizer-BioNtech, your 2nd dose cannot be Moderna, or vice versa.
