By September, many of us are already moving too fast again. Schedules are filling up. Responsibilities are increasing. The mind is constantly jumping ahead to what needs to be handled next - and even when you finally sit down, your body may still feel tense, restless, or unable to fully relax.
Harvesting Peace is a cozy, deeply nourishing restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and support profound rest. It is designed to help you step out of that constant “on” mode and give your body and nervous system a real opportunity to settle.
This 75-minute class is a The practice blends mostly floor-based, fully supported restorative yoga postures with gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and Reiki energy support. You’ll spend most of the class lying comfortably in slow, restful poses, using blankets, pillows, bolsters, and blocks so your body can relax without effort. The room will be transformed into a warm autumn sanctuary, with soft flameless candles, gentle seasonal lighting, a thoughtfully curated playlist, my calm experienced guidance, and optional light aromatherapy. Reiki will be woven throughout the class to support relaxation, balance, and a sense of being quietly held and supported.

No yoga experience required
Suitable for all bodies and energy levels.
Even if you prefer to stay on chair, I can provide modifications needed so you can still have a great experience
Bring Two cozy bolsters or pillows and One blanket
If you need to leave early, that’s absolutely okay — just let me know at the beginning of class.
