Tonight, you’ll create your own signature cocktail—selecting your preferred spirit, simple syrups, and garnishes. Led by expert mixologist Brooke Fitz, you will learn how to craft beautifully balanced, festive cocktails perfect for sharing—or savoring solo. Brooke will guide you through techniques, flavor pairings, and presentation tips that elevate every drink to a romantic masterpiece. Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or just looking for a fun, interactive evening, this class is sure to inspire creativity, connection, and plenty of cheers.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 3 hours.
- Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
- Location: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
