What You Will Learn
Get ready to muddle, mix, and sip your way through Mojito Madness with expert mixologist Brooke Brown! In this hands-on class, you’ll craft three unique mojito variations, learning pro techniques while enjoying your delicious creations. Light bites will be served to complement the refreshing flavors. Perfect for cocktail lovers of all levels—come shake things up with us! In class you will learn to make a Classic Mojito, Blueberry Mojito, and a Basil Cucumber Mojito.

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: No Thyme to Cook Lead Chef
- Host: Brooke Brown
- Length: Approximately 2 hours
- Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
- Locations: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
