Starting and running a business is HARD. The appeal of being one’s own boss is something that entrepreneurs initially think is easy to accomplish. The process of starting all of the necessary systems often overwhelms business owners because there is a lot to do. Starting a business is not just about making sales; rather it is: developing a name, coming up with a logo and website, creating a business plan and projections, applying for funding, assessing the value in the marketplace, and much more.
Somehow business owners attempt to manage all of the roles with starting a business as well as time in their personal lives. The reality is no one has the time to play all of these positions in their business, and have a balanced life.
Wouldn’t a road map to starting a business be nice? What about having the ability to assess what are the true needs in your business? Want to know where one can go to get help? At this business development and assessment workshop, hosted by Alex Cardona, we will dive into what systems are needed to create and maintain efficient business operations. We will learn what resources are here locally and establish an action plan to relieve the burden of being a business owner. You will come out of this workshop with both an understanding of what areas of your business need developed and a plan on how you can achieve those goals.
