About the Instructor:
Hannah Kaminer is an artist and singer-songwriter writing songs about love, loss, and home. Raised in small towns in Western North Carolina, she fuses echoes of Appalachian and country traditions with wistful, Americana-style songwriting. She has Kickstarted and released three studio albums: Acre by Acre (2015), Heavy Magnolias (2018), and Heavy on the Vine (2024) which she produced with her band, The Wistfuls. More info about her music is available at www.hannahkaminer.com.
Since 2016, Hannah has also worked in public relations and marketing, including chapters in-house, in the outdoor industry, and in food and beverage. Because of a dual role in the arts and in business, Hannah seeks to develop marketing strategy that is not only effective, but sustainable, authentic, and sane. Her two favorite parts of marketing are finding the vital threads of a story and figuring out how to tell it powerfully.
