Instructor Bio: Jillian Wright, PHR (she/her/hers) is a certified HR professional with over eighteen years of experience working in anti-racist, anti-oppression centered people operations (aka HR) for non-profit and mission-driven workplaces. She started Begin Again HR to provide intentional, inclusive HR support for value-driven companies that care deeply about their people.
Jillian’s passion for people-support and behavioral psychology in the workplace along with her deep personal commitment to social justice as a member of the queer community has fueled her desire to help leaders create workplaces where their people can shine.
