Description

Old clothes and silk remnants makes new art. 


Join skilled and vibrant fiber artist, Laverne Zabielski, in her studio (upstairs from Lex Center for Creative Reuse) to create an amazing piece of fiber art to gift to a loved one or keep for yourself!

Using the FeltLOOM students will use fuse fabrics and remnants together to create a scarf, table runner, doily, or altar cloth for  further embellishment.  

 

Accessibility Notes

  • This class requires no previous experience.
  • This class will be held in Laverne's studio, which is a part of Luigart Studios, directly above Lex Center for Creative Reuse
  • Accessing the upstairs studios involves outdoor stairs. An elevator is available, but please reach out by email ahead of time to make sure that someone is available to operate the elevator.  lexcreativereuse@gmail.com
