Are you ready to have those doors open for you?

If you are, come and join us for this year's  Vision Board Workshop  on 7th January 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. (GMT) where we will dive into those dreams of yours, and help you to go forward.   

A vision board is a collage of visual images or words that represent the life you want to live, like a dream board. Quite literally, it is a tangible representation of the vision you have for yourself.

Let’s do this ‘planning’ together, blending the arts and science of why it works and how it works, with lots of fun and joy as we start the new year.

In this workshop, we will dig a little deeper into how the Vision Board works with our subconscious mind, using it to train our internal process to build new neurotransmitters in our brain,  not forgetting in all truths - it is to be done in alignment with our values.

I joined Aries Vision Board Workshop because although I’m aware of the importance of planning our life from the future, and although I know intuitively that if we can imagine something, we can have it, I’d still somehow put off making a VisionBoard.

I LOVED this few hours spent with Aries. There was a wonderful meditation, a visualization and some real nuggets about our subconscious and conscious mind.

It also ensured that I sat there and made myself a Vision Board for 2023. I lost all track of time and entered flow state as I revisited old, beloved magazines, cut out pictures, used glue and coloured pens. Glorious!
