What's a Dopamine Menu?
Think of it as a restaurant menu, but for your brain.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll first learn a little about motivation & dopamine - the happy chemical. You’ll then build a personalized list doable tasks for days when your brain just needs little extra push!
If you struggle with task prioritization, procrastination, or executive dysfunction, this could be a useful tool for you.
You don’t have to be crafty or artistic; we’ll walk you through the basics. The only thing needed is your presence and willingness to relax and unwind. All materials provided.
