Participants will be guided, in a criticism-free environment of support and safety, to “open the tops of their heads” to access their inner voices without censoring or judging. Through evocative writing prompts and lively class readings and discussion, the inner hooligan and nonsense-maker will be given room to come out and shine!
This workshop is for writers of any level and anyone interested in finding (and celebrating) their unique creative voice. Participants will leave this class with a few pieces of writing and an inspired sense of their own style. Limited to 10 participants.
This workshop is led by Anna Booraem who is a librarian, a writer, and a Writing From the Top of Your Head trained facilitator. She has facilitated an online creative writing group since 2018 and loves supporting other writers.
