The first-ever Crown Refs LIVE event is designed to elevate your officiating skills through hands-on training, real-time feedback, and dedicated mentorship.
This exclusive clinic in a small group setting provides officials with the opportunity to work two games, receiving in-game, halftime, and post-game feedback from Crown Refs coaches Paul Diasparra and Mike Evans. Participants will also take home personalized evaluations, observe other officials in action, and engage in valuable discussions on communication, play-calling philosophy, mechanics, mental approach, nutrition & fitness, career growth, family & much more.
The day concludes with a post-event dinner and recap session, where officials can break down their performances, have a Q & A session, and connect with fellow referees while recording an episode of the Crown Refs Podcast.
