Culinary Adventures: Farm to Table at Turner Farm
Join Chef Gwyn for a very special evening in our Culinary Adventures series inspired by the beauty and bounty of summer in Maine. Drawing on her experience at Turner Farm, Chef Gwyn will create a seasonal farm-to-table menu that highlights fresh local ingredients, coastal flavors, and rustic New England charm. Gather around the table for an unforgettable night of exceptional food, warm hospitality, and stories inspired by one of Maine’s most beautiful coastal settings.

What To Expect
Instructor: Chef Gwyn
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Demonstration: The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
Menu subject to change.
General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
