Join Chef Gwyn as she brings the flavors of the coast to your table in our Culinary Adventures: OBX Seafood Boil! Inspired by the laid-back charm of North Carolina’s Outer Banks, this demonstration class is all about bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and good company.
Menu:
Amuse Bouche - Roasted Oyster with Pimento Cheese, Pork Belly & Jalapeno
Appetizer - Individual Tomato "Pies"
Main Course - Classic OBX Seafood Boil (clams, shrimp, mussels, sausage, potatoes, corn & onion)
Dessert - Key Lime Pie
What To Expect
Instructor: Chef Gwyn
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Demonstration: The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options

General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
