During this experience, observe our Executive Chef in action while sampling along the way. There will be Q&As, recipe cards to take home and giveaways with each class. Bring the WOW! into your upcoming dinner party by presenting your guests with a professionally crafted meal, all prepared by you.

Crafting soups is all about utilizing what is currently in season and readily available from local farmers and markets. Soups are near and dear to Chef Gustard, because it allows him to unleash his creativity, taking into consideration the changing seasons and weather. Master the fundamentals, then venture into your own to create delightful and unique soups.

Embark on a culinary journey through braising meats, learning the reasons behind this cooking technique and the benefits that come from it. Some cuts of meat, often overlooked at the supermarket due to their lower cost, require more time for preparation, but investing time in them is sure to leave you satisfied.

Sauces serve as the ultimate enhancement to dishes, and require a lot of attention and love. Different techniques can be used to achieve a well-balanced sauce that perfectly complements the overall flavor profile of the dish and the protein you’ve prepared.

To round off a meal, a sweet treat usually follows the main course. We will look at a selection of desserts that are relatively simple to prepare. These delightful treats can be made in advance, eliminating the need for a hectic rush after dinner.
