Description

This workshop will focus on basic piping techniques and how to decorate a dozen cupcakes using different colours and textures.

You will be shown how to make buttercream from scratch and how to colour the buttercream to achieve bright bold colours or soft pastel tones.

Everything that you require for the workshop will be supplied and you will take home a goodie bag with all the basic tools that you used in the class.

A light dinner and drinks (non alcoholic) will be provided.
