This hands-on class will guide you through the process of creating cupcakes while adhering to vegan and gluten-free guidelines. Chef Coco will take you on this culinary journey and teach you a thing or two about the secrets of the deliciousness of Papa Ganache cupcakes.
This fun-filled, educational experience will fine-tune your skills and teach you some new ones leaving the class with an enhanced understanding of vegan gluten-free baking principles and new techniques.
