Synopsis: It’s murder, mystery, and mayhem — Broadway-style! From the creators of Cabaret and Chicago comes Curtains, a hilarious whodunit set behind the scenes of a musical in 1959 Boston. Then the supremely untalented leading lady of Robbin’ Hood of the Old West is murdered on opening night, it’s up to local detective (and musical theatre lover) Lt. Frank Cioffi to solve the case — and maybe save the show!
With a tuneful score by John Kander and Fred Ebb, a witty book by Rupert Holmes, and a healthy dose of backstage drama, Curtains is a comedic love letter to classic musical theatre.
