1620 Central Ave NE Suite #126In this class you will make your own wooden cutting board from assorted hardwoods. All materials are provided and no prior experience is needed.
Participants will create and layout a design (12"x 18" maximum size), glue up their components, and learn how to use some of the more common shop tools (like the miter saw, band saw, jointer and planer) to make your own unique cutting board. After a short break where your components will dry - we'll plane, cut, and sand your finished cutting board. Custom features can then be added using the bandsaw and router.
This class is being taught at NorthEast by Zachary Wefel, co-founder of the Minnesota Tool Library. It tends to fill up quickly, so reserve your spot today.
