The DSPA Gems, Inc, was founded in 2009. We aim to enrich the Maricopa community through the arts. Our three main goals are community outreach, providing dance opportunities to our special needs population and offering tuition assistance to families who cannot afford dance education.
We have awarded over $50,000 to families of aspiring dancers and hosted numerous community events such as Daddy Daughter Dance, Hot Wing Challenge, Mother Son Dance, Mother Daughter Tea Party and Sugar Plum Tea. Additionally , our community outreach programs have offered free dance classes to thousands of Maricopa Children in public schools.
