Experience the JOY of dance through Shake Your Soul! Shake Your Soul is a dynamic movement practice that energizes your body, relaxes your nervous system, and awakens your soul through a dance repertoire set to world music. Fun, freeing, meditative, graceful, and sweaty, the class invites you to dance from within and with others in community. Absolutely no dance experience is needed to experience this body mind connection. This class is appropriate for all levels and welcomes all movers and music lovers. Ages 18+.
Registration Information:
$13 per class for Early Bird Registration (Ends at 11:59 PM the night before the class)
$15 per class for General Registration (Available online or at the door with cash, check, or card)
$120 for a 10 Class Package (Come to any 10 classes from 9/13/25 - 12/13/25. Use all 10 classes yourself or bring a friend!)
