Description
Jazz pianist, composer, recording artist and educator Danny Green has captured the attention of critics around the world, earning a reputation as a bandleader and composer with an enchanting mix of Jazz, Classical and Brazilian rhythms. Danny has earned San Diego Music Awards for Best Jazz Album and also Best Jazz Artist.
For this concert, Danny will be joined by his long-time trio bassist Justin Grinnell and drummer Dan Schnelle, noteworthy musicians in their own right. To put this concert "over the top," the trio will also be joined by a four-piece string ensemble. The ensemble has developed a strong and loyal audience for its unique and genre-defying approach to its music.
