The 14th Annual DARK NIGHT event appears again for two nights at the Paradise Theatre, Paonia, Dec 16 and 17. 

This event is the creation of local author Craig Childs, who blends his storytelling with a crew of various performers, mixing spoken word, imagery, and live music. The theme this year is 'Convergence,' which will take the audience from deep space to underwater depths. 

Doors 7pm, Show 7:30pm.

The Paradise Theatre

The Paradise Theatre is an intimate non-profit theatre located in the heart of Downtown Paonia. Our mission is to build community through educational events, live music, film, and theater.  The historic entertainment venue was built in 1928 and formed into a non-profit in 2014.  From it's inception, the Paradise has been a gathering place for the community.  Our standing room capacity is 200 and our seated capacity is 119.  We offer organic popcorn and snacks, locally produced wines and liquors, hard cider, and a full bar with speciality cocktails.  The Paradise Theatre Board, Staff, and Volunteers value diversity and inclusion.  All are welcome here.
