Step into an evening inspired by De La Isla — the warmth, vibrancy, and soulful flavors of the Dominican Republic. For this intimate edition of our private dinner series, we are honored to welcome Chef Ana Pozo, who is traveling from Seattle to share a deeply personal culinary experience rooted in family tradition and Dominican heritage.
Drawing inspiration from recipes passed down through generations, Ana brings her own thoughtful twist to the dishes she grew up with — creating food that feels vibrant, comforting, and meant to be shared. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a carefully curated six-course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired alongside wines selected to highlight and complement each flavor.
Set within a beautiful downtown artist loft, the evening will unfold around a single long table beneath soft glowing suspended light installations, flickering candles, tropical textures, and layered Dominican-inspired details designed to feel warm, immersive, and deeply intimate.
