Description

Learn Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting skills in three practical hands-on workshops taught live, in-person at historic Croke Park in Dublin by industry experts Wietze Beukema, Gavin Knapp, Kell Duda & Jibby Saetang. In one day, you will get to complete all three workshops to learn hunting and detecting obfuscated command line arguments with Wietze, learn hunting adversary infrastructure with Gavin, and learn digital detective skills hunting an adversary through logs using KQL with Kell and Jibby.

All participants attending DEATHCon Dublin in May will get free advanced online tickets to DEATHCon 2026 to be held 13-14 November - you can avoid the rush to try to get online tickets (which have usually sold out in hours) and get access to all the brand new workshops that will be available in November!

The venue is a beautiful (and recently updated) conference centre at historic Croke Park, home of Ireland's Gaelic Games. Locally-sourced food including a full lunch will be provided and parking for cars is free. The location is conveniently close to the city centre of Dublin and close to the venue for BSides Dublin which will be held the following day (Saturday 23 May) - if you come for DEATHCon, stay for BSides!

Note: There is no VAT added to this ticket because it is vocational training, meeting all the criteria in paragraph 6.1 of the document VAT Treatment of Education and Vocational Training of the Ireland Tax and Duty Manual.

DEATHCon

DEATHCon is community-organized cybersecurity learning event dedicated to making Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting learning available and accessible to everyone who wants to learn. We focus on hands-on workshops to learn by doing.  Each November, we host a two day learning event with multiple workshops with in-person locations hosted in many countries around the world, and all workshops available online for those who don't want to travel.

In May 2026, we're also hosting another event in Dublin, Ireland for 100 participants to learn from live instructors in three workshops!
