  • Focus on defense skating techniques (backwards, transitions, pivots & escapes)
  • Defensive position specific skills (walking the line, regroups, defensive zone retrieval, using your partner, playing in front of the net, winning battles in the corner, shooting deflections, sneaking in from the point)
