Adam Weiner is a rock & roll artist from Philadelphia who has released 7 studio albums under the name Low Cut Connie. Since forming in 2010, Low Cut Connie has earned a devoted fanbase that includes President Barack Obama, Sir Elton John and Bruce Springsteen. In 2024, he released the award-winning documentary film ART DEALERS. He has received acclaim from The New Yorker ("Pandemic Person of the Year"), Rolling Stone, NPR's Fresh Air and appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert's #PlayAtHome Series and PBS Newshour. His writing has been published in SPIN, Billboard, and Talkhouse. On July 3, 2026, he will release his 8th studio album Livin in the USA.
Delaware Beaches Songwriters Festival Launches in Coastal Delaware
Coastal Delaware will soon welcome a brand-new live music experience with the launch of the Delaware Beaches Songwriters Festival, created by The 10:10 Creative. The festival’s mission is to bring acclaimed songwriters and musicians from creative hubs such as Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, Austin, Los Angeles, and beyond to Delaware’s beach towns for intimate performances and one-of-a-kind fan experiences.
Unlike traditional concerts, attendees will have the chance to get up close and personal with the artists—hearing not only their songs, but also the stories behind them, their journeys through the music industry, and the inspiration behind their songwriting process.
The festival’s presenting partner and main sponsor is Dogfish Head Beer, with additional sponsorship support from The Room at Cedar Grove.
The 10:10 Creative has produced more than 100 music videos in the country and Americana markets and is led by Lewes residents Steve Jawn and Dani Jawn. The company is currently wrapping production on two music documentary series and produces Rolling Stone’s Nashville Now podcast, which Steve Jawn also co-hosts.
Keeping the venture a true family affair, Kelly and Pat O’Connor, also Lewes locals, have joined the team to lend their skills sets with promotion, graphic design, and marketing efforts. The Delaware Beaches Songwriters Festival promises to become a signature cultural event for the region—blending world-class songwriting talent with the laid-back charm of Delaware’s coastal communities.

Paul Kares is a nonprofit organization whose mission is dedicated to educating aspiring chefs or musicians, focusing on kids and young adults who show interest and passion for culinary and musical arts. Paul Kares will weave together how these passions could be the foundation for life-long career for young people who are not necessarily college-bound and how they can hone their skills to be a personal chef, sommelier, performer, or all the above. Plus, Paul Kares will get them the tools like musical instruments, knives, etc for the students who can’t afford them and will donate to school systems that need equipment for their classrooms.
