Description

As we pay homage to the Black Godfather's of Horse Racing, enjoy great food, signature cocktails, cash bar, cigars, prizes and the company of great friends, while watching the race on the big screen.

The Derby Party takes place on Saturday, May 6th from 5:00PM-10:00PM at Maymont's 1000 Westover. The venue features Mediterranean architecture with a mix of modern and historical features, plus a private outdoor courtyard.

Dress to impress in your finest Derby attire! Break out your best hats, fascinators, seersucker suits and colorful dresses!

The day will include guest performer Morgan "Mo" Stewart.

We will also honor Richmond area native John Dabney, who is known as the person who perfected the Mint Julep, the signature drink of the Kentucky Derby. John Dabney's Mint Julep is known as Richmond, Virginia's most historic drink.

Tickets are limited so please reserve your spots early!

VIP Tickets include reserved seating, a signature drink, a drink of choice, wine and spirit tastings, and exclusive access to our VIP -Winner's Circle Room with a private, covered smoking area.
