General Admission Tickets
Your Reserved Table booking includes 8 General Admission tickets.
These tickets can be collected by the Table Captain / Primary Contact, or a nominated representative (authorised via email), from the West Kimberley Turf Club Grounds on:

OR at the VIP / SPONSORS Entry on Saturday from 11:30am
Please note that admission tickets will not be posted or emailed.
Pre-Purchase Drink Tickets
To help you skip the queues on race day, you can pre-purchase drink tickets when booking your Reserved Table.
Following your booking, please email your drinks ticket request to the West Kimberley Turf Club at westkimberleyturfclub@gmail.com. An invoice will be issued for payment.
Due to liquor licensing requirements, pre-purchased drink tickets cannot be collected prior to race day and will be available for collection from the VIP / Sponsors Entry Gate on Saturday 18th July from 11:30am.
Important Information
• Each Reserved Table seats a maximum of 8 guests.
• Your booking includes one QR code for the table booking.
• We recommend your group arrives together where possible.
• Reserved Tables are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
