Dina Martina is pleasured to bring her gossamer vocal stylings back to Café Carlyle with Dina Martina: Chariots of Failure, which is chock-full of hysterically funny songs, peculiar stories, and hilarious video.
Dina Martina is an American cabaret and theater entertainer whose hilarious performances are characterized by a "different" type of singing, mixed with peculiar storytelling and costumes that other entertainers might not choose to wear. Since her 1989 debut at Seattle's Center on Contemporary Art, she has gone on to thrill capacity audiences at Seattle's ACT Theatre, London's Soho Theatre, San Francisco's Great American Music Hall, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Her previous shows, such as Sedentary Lady, Forgotten But Not Gone, and the annual Dina Martina Christmas Show, have garnered a dedicated following. Not unlike the late, great Peter Allen, Dina Martina is bi-coastal and splits her time between Seattle and Provincetown.
