Thursday, July 29, we are hosting "Dinner With The Winemaker".
The fifth Thursday of each month we host a dinner for you to share with our talented winemaker, Bob Utter, aka The Wine Curmudgeon. This will be our first opportunity since pre-pandemic times to enjoy excellent food, excellent wine, and enjoy(?) the Wine Curmudgeon's repartee. Dinner will feature a first course of tomato and cucumber salad with zucchini walnut bread , a main course of Boursin stuffed roasted chicken breast, trio of roasted new potatoes, and summer vegetable gratin, dessert will be a special brownie ala Linda. Each course will be paired with a Flying Otter Wine carefully selected to compliment the dish.
You will not only be treated to these delicious dishes and wines, but you will have an exclusive opportunity to dine with our award winning winemaker in a beautiful setting overlooking our vineyard. Join us for a wonderful summer evening as we toast to great friends, great food and great estate grown and bottled wine! Reservations are required. Payment will be accepted at the pavilion the night of the dinner.
Fee includes service fee and gratuity.
