TRACK RENTAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Thank you for choosing Dirt City Motorplex for your private testing session. To ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review the following rental policies, payment requirements, and facility rules.
TRACK RENTAL INFORMATION
Rental Rate
$1,800 per day
Includes up to four (4) race vehicles
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Gates open at 8:00 a.m.
Track Usage Requirement:
Only one (1) vehicle is permitted on the track at any time. No exceptions. This requirement is mandated by our insurance carrier.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
To reserve a rental date, full payment is required within 24 hours of scheduling.
Rental dates are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received. If payment is not received within 24 hours, Dirt City Motorplex reserves the right to release the date and make it available to other teams.
All rental payments are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled rental date. All rescheduling requests are subject to track availability.
Weather-Related Rescheduling
In the event of inclement weather, rental payments may be transferred to a mutually agreed-upon future date.
Weather-related transfers must be approved in advance by both Dirt City Motorplex and the renter.
The track is rented "as-is." Dirt City Motorplex cannot guarantee specific track conditions and is not responsible for weather-related moisture, mud, dust, or surface conditions.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
TRACK PREPARATION & OPERATIONS
Full track preparation is completed the evening prior to each rental session.
No additional track preparation will be performed on the rental day.
Watering of the racing surface will be performed at the discretion of track supervisors.
Two (2) track supervisors will be present during each rental session.
All reasonable efforts are made to provide a suitable racing surface. However, Dirt City Motorplex cannot guarantee track conditions due to weather or other environmental factors.
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
All participants, crew members, guests, and spectators entering the facility must:
Check in with track personnel immediately upon arrival.
Sign the required liability waiver before entering restricted areas.
Follow all instructions provided by track management and supervisors.
Drivers under eighteen (18) years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign all required waivers and releases.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for providing adequate crew support, fire extinguishers, tow and recovery vehicles and emergency response assistance for their own vehicles.
Testing and operation of vehicles is entirely at the participant's own risk. Track supervisors are not responsible for vehicle recovery, repairs, towing, or emergency mechanical assistance.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
All race vehicles must conform to current Champ Off-Road (COR) Series rules and safety standards. Drivers must wear all mandated safety gear at all times, no exceptions!
Any vehicle failing to meet these requirements or drivers found to be lacking proper safety gear will be denied track access without refund.
PROPERTY DAMAGE & CLEANUP RESPONSIBILITIES
The renter assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or anyone associated with their rental group, including drivers, crew members, guests, invitees, and spectators. Please also be respectful of neighboring properties and businesses at all times.
Property Damage
The renter shall be responsible for any damage to the track surface, fencing, guardrails, buildings, structures, utility vehicles, camping areas, and any other Dirt City Motorplex property.
Cleanup Responsibilities
The renter shall be responsible for the cleanup, removal, and disposal of trash, debris, tires, waste oil, chemicals, fuel spills, fuel containers, mud and dirt accumulation, and any materials brought onto the property.
FACILITY RULES
Unauthorized Vehicles
The following vehicles are prohibited on the race course and facility grounds unless specifically authorized by management: ATVs, golf carts, motorized bicycles, scooters, or any unauthorized motorized vehicle
Pets
Pets must remain leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
Alcohol & Drugs
No person under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any impairing substance may operate a vehicle or enter restricted areas of the facility.
Spectator Control
Renters are responsible for the conduct, safety, and actions of their crew members, guests, and spectators while on the property.
Mechanical Breakdowns
Vehicles disabled on the track must be removed by the renter and their crew. Dirt City Motorplex is not responsible for vehicle recovery, repairs, towing, transportation, or storage.
Personal Property
Dirt City Motorplex is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, personal property, or belongings brought onto the premises.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE SESSION
Dirt City Motorplex reserves the right to stop, suspend, or terminate any rental session without refund if facility rules are violated, unsafe conditions exist, reckless behavior is observed, instructions from track personnel are ignored and/or any activity is deemed hazardous by track personnel.
Track personnel's decision regarding safety concerns shall be final.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in motorsports activities involves inherent risks, including serious injury, death, and property damage.
By entering the facility and participating in any testing activities, all participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with track use and release Dirt City Motorplex from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Dirt City Motorplex rental terms, safety requirements, cancellation policies, liability waivers, and facility rules. Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from the facility without refund.
Your rental date is not secured until payment has been successfully received.
