Description
Create your own scratch art masterpiece from start to finish! Participants will begin by covering a page with bright, colourful designs before sealing it and painting over it with a layer of black paint. Once the paint dries, the fun begins; use a scratching tool to carve patterns, pictures, and ocean-inspired scenes into the surface, revealing the vibrant colours hidden underneath. Registration required.
