Release & Thrive: Donation-Based Beginner Yoga Session
Let Go of the Week, Step Into Your Power
You've made it to Friday. Your body might be holding tension you didn't even know was there. Your mind might be buzzing with the week's demands. And somewhere beneath it all, there's a quiet strength waiting to be remembered.
This 45-minute beginner yoga session is your invitation to pause, reconnect, and reclaim the power that's always been yours. We're not here to twist into pretzel shapes or touch our toes. We're here to breathe, move, and listen—meeting your body exactly where it is, exactly as it is.
What You'll Experience
Gentle, grounding movement that melts away tension and invites ease back into your body
Breath-work practices that bring awareness and life force back where you need it most
Mindful, flowing sequences designed to release what no longer serves you—stress, tightness, heaviness—and create space for what does
A 15-minute affirmation meditation to anchor your newfound strength and carry it forward into your weekend and beyond
An honoring of your body's wisdom—there are always options to go deeper if your practice calls for it, but the invitation is simply to be present with yourself
The Friday Reset You've Been Craving
Melt away the work week. Flow blissfully into your weekend. Step back into your body open, renewed, and refreshed—ready to embrace the freedom your weekend holds.
This is a space where no experience is necessary. You won't be the only beginner here. You won't feel out of place. You won't be asked to do anything that doesn't feel good for your body. Your only job is to show up and breathe.
We're Here for Community, Too
Arrive early and settle in with a cup of water or green tea. Chat with others, get to know the space, and arrive calm and connected.

Through her own healing work, she moved from depression into empowerment, and now dedicates her life to guiding others through that same passage. Using yoga, energy healing, tarot, pendulums, and oracle cards, she offers unique physical and energetic support rooted in shadow work and self-discovery.
