Experience the laid-back spirit and bold flavors of Australia in this engaging demonstration-style cooking class. Inspired by Australia’s vibrant food culture and love of gathering over great food, this event is all about sharing fresh ingredients, relaxed hospitality, and dishes made to bring people together.

In this instructor-led demonstration, you’ll watch as a selection of Australian-inspired dishes is prepared, featuring coastal flavors and rustic touches that reflect the country’s diverse culinary influences. From savory small plates and grilled favorites to bright, flavorful accompaniments, you’ll discover approachable recipes perfect for entertaining and casual gatherings.

Crispy Pork Belly glazed with lemon myrtle & brown sugar

What To Expect

  • Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor 

  • Length: Approximately 2.5 hours.

  • Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.

  • Location: Second floor: Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs. 

  • Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

     

All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.

  • General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
