June 28, 30, July 1- Drums Alive- REGISTER FOR ALL 3 DAYS
Workshops will be held Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 11:00 am- 12:00 pm
Description: The Drums Alive rhythm class will assist students in the development of rhythm and language skills in a way that yields an exciting and fun experience! Rhythm Sticks and drum pads will be used to become familiar with applied syncopation physical extension. By incorporating the "rudiment numerical" approach while drumming, students will learn the "connective tissue" between rhythm and mathematics & vocabulary building skills. At the end of this series students will be able to create their own grooves, and expand their overall rhythm, math, & English comprehension skills. Geared for rising Kindergarten- 3rd Graders.
Class Limit: 25 children

Cost: FREE with Museum Admission. Camp admission is an included perk of Memberships!
