This webinar is complimentary for JFMP clients for which we have provided services to in the last six (6) months. For those medical imaging facilities that wish to attend, a small fee will be required. We will discuss the topics below, followed by a brief open discussion/question period:
- Brief overview of clinical applications of DXA
- Reviewing current DXA technology and what Ontario HARP requirements apply
- Discussion of radiation safety and best practices related to quality control and precision studies
- Discussion of FAQ's related to DXA commonly asked by facility X-ray technologists and administrators
- Final thoughts
