Eagle Academy 2022: College Essay Workshop

Description

One on one help with your personal college essay and supplemental questions and/or UC Personal Insight Questions.

The event will include an overview of the college essay, brainstorming exercises, personalized feedback on essay theme ideas and content revisions on essay drafts. We will also work on 2 UC Personal Insight Questions (PIQ) and 2 supplemental (supp) college essay questions. The student can choose to work on 4 UC PIQ or 4 Supplemental depending on schools they are interested in applying to (i.e. if a student is not planning on applying to UCs, they can do 4 supplemental essay drafts instead of 2 supp. & 2 PIQ). This is for rising seniors (Class of 2023) only.

Dates: 

• Session 1: June 13th-16th
  • Time: 11AM-1PM
• Session 2: July 18th-21st
  • Time: 11AM-1PM

Location: SMCHS - classroom TBD; teacher will contact prior to class start. 

Cost: $350.00

**This course is open to rising seniors only

**Please select one session as they are both the same.  Each session will be capped at 30 students.
