Bring an item of clothing to mend.

Ideal first mend items:

  • Woven shirts
  • Pants/Jeans/Sweatpants

NOT Ideal clothing qualities

  • super stretchy
  • thin, gauzy material
  • silky material
  • puffy jackets

Lex Center for Creative Reuse is a nonprofit brick and mortar creative reuse center located in Lexington, KY.  A wide and constantly changing array of art and craft supplies are available for sale.  Proceeds benefit supply grants for public school teachers, subsidize providing low-cost, high-value art and craft classes, and creating vibrant and engaging opportunities for community art.
