“We stand at the precipice of a pivotal decade for humanity…climate change has accelerated and converged with multiple global crises…the clock is ticking, future generations are counting on us, and ‘history has its eyes on us”  - Jesper Brodin, CEO IKEA & Halla Tomasdottir, CEO B Team

Inspired by these words we are called to action by Drs. David Cooperrider and Lindsey Godwin when they proclaim: “The urgency is undeniable and the potential for impactful collaboration is unprecedented."

Join us for a transformative workshop at the intersection of Organizational Development, Science, and Technology, where Drs. David Cooperrider and Lindsey Godwin, co-leaders of the Earthsthot initiative, will ignite our collective passion for shaping a better future.

Only through partnership can we re-imagine a future that is inclusive and sustainable for all. This is the most significant change effort of our lifetime, and our imperative now is to galvanize organizations and communities to step up and take action!

Together, OD practitioners, scientists, and technologists will harness their collective expertise to address pressing global issues and pave the way for lasting change. Join us in shaping a legacy that history will remember.
