Description
Arrive 5 minutes before start to select your mediation seating. The practice opens with traditional Japanese tea service. Candles and incense are used.
The Jiki will lead a practice of sitting and walking meditation in the Rinzai Zen format with full bows.
Please come early if you would like any instruction or assistance.
If you wish to join online please let us know so we can have the live meeting open.
