Description
Please note we have moved our regular weekly practices to Wesley United Church at 101 Patrick Street in St. John’s.
Arrive 5 minutes before start to select your mediation seating. The practice opens with traditional Japanese tea service. Candles and incense are used.
The Jiki will lead a practice of sitting and walking meditation in the Rinzai Zen format.
Please come early if you would like any instruction or assistance.
